1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dreamph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through dreamph.org ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the dreamph Platform, whether registered account holders or visitors.

By accessing the dreamph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. dreamph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use a dreamph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities is 21 years. dreamph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of dreamph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the dreamph Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the dreamph Platform, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one dreamph account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dreamph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dreamph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC Verification: dreamph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dreamph Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: dreamph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Currency: All transactions on the dreamph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). dreamph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the dreamph cashier page and are subject to change. dreamph will provide reasonable notice of any changes to minimum transaction thresholds.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your dreamph account, or to a verified account in your own name. dreamph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dreamph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all dreamph promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered dreamph account holders only. dreamph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms.
• dreamph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered.
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• dreamph promotions are intended for recreational players. dreamph reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion where there is evidence of systematic exploitation.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the dreamph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply:

• dreamph games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player. dreamph's decision in such matters is final.
• dreamph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing bets. dreamph provides game rules and paytable information within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dreamph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the dreamph Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming, including any commercial or business purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false or misleading information to dreamph at any time, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dreamph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of dreamph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dreamph Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any dreamph content without prior written consent.

The dreamph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of dreamph. Unauthorised use of any dreamph trademark is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dreamph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond dreamph's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

dreamph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dreamph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dreamph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

dreamph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all dreamph users:

• Age Restriction: The dreamph Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. dreamph employs age verification measures and will suspend any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their dreamph account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Limits: Players may set time limits on their gaming sessions. dreamph will notify players when their session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion from the dreamph Platform for a period of their choosing. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Reality Checks: dreamph provides periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform to help players maintain awareness of their gaming activity.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

dreamph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any dreamph account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Conduct that dreamph reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, dreamph will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your dreamph account at any time by contacting dreamph support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Privacy

dreamph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at dreamph.org/privacy-policy. By using the dreamph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dreamph implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and dreamph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dreamph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact dreamph support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. dreamph will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt.

dreamph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by dreamph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dreamph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dreamph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the dreamph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting dreamph support.
